Refund & Cancellation Policy
If we cancel
If UrbanWeb.Host cancels a booked session before it starts, you receive a full refund automatically.
Rescheduling
You're entitled to one complimentary reschedule per session if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Once a session has started
A session is non-refundable once it has started. Time lost to client-side delays — arriving late, a stakeholder being unavailable, missing credentials, or connectivity issues on your end — still counts toward the booked session time.
Additional scope
Work beyond what was originally booked requires a new booking or an approved change request — it is never added to an existing session without your agreement on cost.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer protection you're entitled to under applicable law. Where a mandatory legal right conflicts with the above, the legal right applies.
